Eva holds a BA in Art History from the University of Barcelona, and a double MBA in Communications and Management from the Higher School of Business Administration in Madrid. She is nternationally certified as a Master Practitioner in NLP by the AUNLP and as an Expert in Microexpressions by the Dr. Paul Eckman Institute. Eva specialises in Verbal and Non Verbal Communications. In 2009, she created ComuniKT, a Professional Training consultancy.

Eva conceives Communication as a way to achieve excellence in Business. Convinced of the transforming power of the word, she offers humanistic training activities for organisations so that they find coherence between their ‘being’ and their ‘doing’.

From a place of honesty and a desire to serve, Eva has specialised in developing playful learning environments that foster spaces for communication, relationship and creativity for the people who are part of companies.

Certified in 2018 as a LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator by the creator of the Methodology, Robert Rasmussen, Eva also organises fun and productive Team Building events with LEGO® and related Design Thinking methodologies to improve internal communication, resolve conflicts, unveil creativity and explore new business strategies.

In her free time she enjoys art, especially architecture, travel and gastronomy. She is a jazz fan and likes to attend concerts. Along with her husband, she loves teaching her two children to think ‘out of the box’ so that they can change the world when they grow older.

Eva joins Genetikomm to implement gamified processes in companies and train their teams in the professional skills
requiered to manage the current VUCA environments (resolution of complex problems, communication, leadership and adaptation to change) and to guide productive change in organisations through Purpose Games™, Design Thinking and collaborative and participatory dynamics.
